Limit Reschedule Calendar to Specific Days

It would be helpful to have a way to customize the calendar that customers see when rescheduling — specifically, to allow selections on Wednesdays only, with all other days greyed out. Showing a full calendar of options could lead to issues if customers select unavailable dates.
