Locale based multilingual text for Subi loyalty points program

We want a way to change the customer facing language for the Subi loyalty points program so it does not always show in English. We would like it to display German for customers in Germany, and English for customers in other countries.

This should apply anywhere customers see loyalty content, including the loyalty messaging shown on the product page and the loyalty overview inside the customer account, ideally based on storefront language or customer locale.
