Loyalty Sign-up Confirmation

I believe it would be best if they were sent an email notification that they successfully registered for the AOG Depot Loyalty Program as well as the screen that loads after they register should say Registration Successful - or something like that. Right now there's no way for them to know if their registration actually worked or went through.
