Multi-discount cde apply to the compare-at price

I want the discount code to be applied to the compare-at price instead of the current price when I use the code.

Product's compare at price is 10$, current price 7$. I want to create a discount code for 50% to be applied to the compare at price, and not the current price. Meaning that after using the discount code the product's final price would be 5$.
