NM- add tags based on the forms

I've connected the integration with Shopify Customers, and it works great. When a user checks the privacy checkbox, in addition to marking them as a marketing contact, I need to add two tags: one with the ISO code of the user's current country and one with the ISO code of their current language. For example, storeview:IT and language:it. Is that possible?
