NM - Exclude specific products from showing the wishlist button

The merchant needs the ability to exclude certain products from displaying the wishlist button. They’ve already implemented similar exclusions for the Back-in-Stock feature and would like the same functionality extended to wishlists. The primary use case is for discontinued products that remain live on their storefront for SEO and collection-tracking purposes. Having a wishlist button on these items can mislead customers into thinking the items may return and potentially waste limited wishlist capacity.

Allowing product-level control to hide the wishlist button would prevent confusion, maintain a cleaner customer experience, and avoid unnecessary usage charges for exceeding wishlist limits.
