NM- show NM display on the whole product

I was wondering if it is possible to always have the notfiy me when restocked label displaying on the product page even when the person is clicked on a size that is currently in stock? My reason for asking is that my them crosses out sold out sizes and I feel people aren't inclined to click on something that is crossed out but they then won't see the restock notification option.
