Notify customers when any variant of a product becomes available

Merchants need the ability to notify customers when any variant of a product becomes available, rather than limiting notifications to a specific variant. Currently, customers can only sign up to be notified for one variant at a time, which creates a problem for products with many variants—especially serialized or unique items. If multiple customers request the same variant, only one is able to purchase when it becomes available, leaving others disappointed and missing out on the product launch.

It would be much more effective if customers could opt to be notified when the overall product (regardless of variant) is back in stock or available for pre-order. This would ensure that everyone interested in the product is alerted when any version becomes available, not just a specific variant. Additionally, allowing customers to register for notifications across multiple variants would offer more flexibility and a better user experience.
