Offer volume bundle and apply subscription for one product
I want to offer a volume bundle, and add subscription only for one of them.
Like this:
-Product A x1 + Product B (refills) x1
-Product A x1 + Product B (refills) x3
-Product A x1 + Product B (refills) x5
Then I want customers to choose if they want subscription for product b or not
