Option to create gift-with-purchase campaigns based on total order amount

The merchant would like the ability to set up gift-with-purchase campaigns that are triggered by a customer’s total order amount rather than the quantity of items in their cart. For example, offering a specific gift when a customer spends $499 or more. This feature would align with popular strategies in the market and provide more flexibility for merchants running promotional campaigns. Currently, the BXGY campaign only works based on product quantity, and this feature request aims to introduce a similar function based on the total value of the cart.
