Place a button in the customer portal to request subscription cancelation

In case my subscribers are not allowed to cancel their subscriptions, can I integrate a button out of the extra text so they can request for their membership to be canceled?

In the customer portal, I would like for my customers to be able to press button and request for their memberships to be cancelled. I'll receive the notification, review if they are eligible for a cancelation, and manually cancel it.
