Pre-order on Shopify POS

I am working an event. so we are selling in person. I am selling through Shopify. But in person. On a Point of Sale (a POS). But the order came through and if you look at my orders you can't tell that is a pre-order. It's not tagged or anything. I need it to be labeled as a pre-order. Not online. That works.
