Preorder confirmation popup before adding to cart

We are looking for a built-in pop-up or confirmation step that appears whenever a customer adds a preorder item to the cart. The goal is to ensure the customer fully understands that they are purchasing a preorder and that the item comes with a longer wait time. This helps prevent misunderstandings and sets clear expectations before checkout.

They previously had a popup through another setup and would like Notify Me to offer a similar experience, especially when partial payment is enabled. A confirmation step would make preorder communication clearer and reduce confusion for customers who may mistake preorder items for in stock items.
