Preorder integration with bundle

We want Notify Me! preorders to support products that use Shopify bundles (or other bundle implementations), so customers can successfully add the preorder item to cart and complete checkout.

Right now, preorders work for us in some markets, but when a customer selects Canada as the shipping country the checkout briefly shows the item as unavailable and removes it from the cart. The same customers can place non-preorder orders to Canada without any issue, which makes it feel tied to the preorder flow and how it interacts with bundles.

Adding bundle support for preorders would let us keep using bundles while still offering preorders for those products, without customers hitting availability errors at checkout.
