Prioritizing the campaigns

I was trying to figure out if there was a way where they could exist in multiple collections but I could order them by priority. For example, we have constant 30,40,50% sale collections, but we run flash sales with overlapping items. I wanted to be able to just order them within Discounty so I don't need to remove them but just set the order
