Product discount with multiple conditions

We’re looking for assistance in implementing a specific discount scenario for our Shopify store:

1. Existing Discounts:

We currently use Shopify’s native discounts to offer 15% off when customers buy 2 or more items (applies to all products in the cart).

2. New Discount:

We also want to provide 25% off on specific products (e.g., products tagged as "yellow" or "white").

3. Desired Outcome:

If a customer adds eligible products for the 25% discount, the discount should apply to those specific products.

Additionally, if the same customer adds 2 or more items (which may or may not include the 25%-off products), they should still receive the 15% off the rest of the cart (excluding the 25%-discounted products).

4. Stacking Discounts:

We want these discounts to work together:

The 25% discount applies to eligible products.

The 15% discount applies to the rest of the cart if the total cart quantity meets the "2 or more items" requirement.
