Progress bar widget for discount code campaigns

They also need this progress bar to work correctly with cumulative discounts and reflect the live cart total after any applied codes. This ensures customers always see accurate thresholds, even when using a discount code at checkout, which helps encourage higher cart values and improves the overall promotion experience.
