Remove campaign discounts when shopify discount codes are used

I want the quantity discount campaign to always be subordinate and automatically deactivated whenever another price promotion (e.g. regular price discount, sale price)

I want every discount code to have a higher priority than the discounty quantity campaign, and not only for volume and quantity discount but also for price editor campaigns.
