Select cut-off based on prepaid

For example, we have a monthly subscription with 12 orders prepaid. This is basically an annual subscription. I want to set the cut-off to be on the first month of the year, but the cut-off setting only allows me to put the cut-off for the month days.

The same with weekly interval subscriptions. I want it to be paid at the beginning of the month with weekly orders.
