Shipping discount for orders above a threshold, limited to a specific sales channel

I’d like to know if it’s possible to create a shipping discount that applies only when an order exceeds a certain amount, and have this discount restricted to a specific sales channel (for example, our mobile app).

Use case:

Orders over $X receive discounted or free shipping

The discount applies only to a selected sales channel (e.g. app)

The same discount should not apply on the website or other channels

Why this matters:

This would allow us to:

Incentivize customers to order through a specific channel (like our app)

Run channel-specific promotions without impacting other storefronts

Better control margins while still offering targeted shipping incentives

Question:

Is channel-specific shipping discount targeting supported today, or could this be added?
