Show all quantity tiers with the original price, discounted price and saved amount on the product page

I need this specific design in my store. I need the select quantity section to look like that

Whereby I can put an image and then the quantity, then add a banner that says most popular and best value next to it

And when customer selects whichever quantity, above the selector there will be

Original price (slashed) , Discounted price (bigger, bolder and green), Saved how much (with a blue box around it)
