Show individual “Notify Me” bell icons for each out-of-stock variant in the variant drawer

Merchants would like the option to display a separate “Notify Me” bell icon next to each product variant that is out of stock, directly within the variant selector or drawer. This would allow customers to sign up for back-in-stock notifications for specific variants with a single click, instead of interacting with a pop-up or modal that manages all variants together.

This feature would improve the user experience by making it clearer and more convenient for customers to subscribe to notifications for the exact variant they want. Each out-of-stock option would show its own bell icon, and clicking the icon would trigger the notification sign-up process for that specific variant only.
