Show Notify Me button based on per-location inventory

We want the Notify Me widget to appear not only when the global inventory reaches zero, but also when even a single location runs out of stock. Right now, the widget displays based on total inventory across all locations, which limits stores that manage stock per location or want to capture alerts for region-specific demand.

They are looking for more granular control so the Back in Stock button can trigger when any selected location is out of stock. This would help them collect customer requests earlier and avoid missed sales opportunities in cases where one location is unavailable but others still have stock.
