Skipping the order without skipping the payment

I'm searching for a tool that combines regular monthly payments but with delivery intervals of 2 up to three months.

As I ship out rental clothing to the customers. they use it day by day until it gets exchanged after a while. That's why I need to have the guarantee that customers are charged ona regular basis even ehwn they skip or pause the next delivey.
