Support for Scheduled Fulfillment Automation and Integration with Veeqo

Merchants using Subi to schedule subscriptions or recurring orders are requesting the ability to automatically push fulfillment data into Veeqo (or other 3PL tools) on the scheduled fulfillment date. Currently, there is no way to trigger fulfillment actions based on a scheduled date, either through Subi or Shopify Flow natively.

Requested Features:

Native integration with Veeqo API to push fulfillment data when an order’s scheduled date arrives.

A date-based trigger system within Subi to:

Monitor upcoming fulfillment dates

Trigger actions (like tagging, notifications, or fulfillment creation) automatically

Optionally expose fulfillment events to Shopify Flow for merchants who prefer Flow-based logic.
