Support multiple similar billing intervals within one membership plan

The merchant would like the ability to create multi-tier membership plans where each tier can have its own billing interval. Currently, Subi requires all tiers in a membership plan to share the same billing interval, which prevents merchants from offering a mix of monthly and quarterly options within a single multi-tier plan

This limitation forces merchants to set up separate plans to achieve different intervals, which complicates both setup and customer experience. Allowing each tier to be assigned its own interval (e.g., two tiers billed monthly and one tier billed quarterly) would provide much greater flexibility. Customers could then clearly choose the membership that fits their needs without merchants having to manage multiple fragmented plans.
