Support single-code campaigns that accept either app or Shopify discount codes and apply to brands/collections

I want Discounty to support an Advanced Discount Code campaign that can use either a Discounty-generated code or an existing Shopify discount code, and apply discounts to entire brands (vendors) and collections simultaneously.
