Support tiered cart discounts with a single code and product exclusions

The merchant wants to create a tiered cart discount that works with one single discount code, while still being able to exclude specific products from the promotion. The idea is that customers enter one code at checkout and automatically receive 10% off above a first cart threshold (for example, 100 €) and 15% off above a higher threshold (for example, 150 €), but certain products should never be discounted even when the code is applied.

Discounty can currently create tiered cart discounts or exclude products in some campaign types, but it cannot combine all of this logic into a single, code based cart discount where thresholds and exclusions work together. Supporting tiered cart level discounts with one code and flexible product exclusions would let merchants run cleaner, more customer friendly promotions without risking over discounting key items.
