Timer Delay on Notification Send

Can you add a timer so we can choose when the back in stock notification is sent. Currently it sends the email as soon as an item is restocked. However often these restocked items have been taken off our sales channels. So, we want to delay the notification until we've had a chance to add the newly stocked items back onto our sales channels.
