Trigger for removing tags on subscription cancellation

I manage customer tags for our subscribed customers, and we need a way to automatically remove tags when a subscription is cancelled or paused. Currently, Shopify does not offer a trigger for this action, and it would be beneficial if your app could provide such a feature.
