True price override for tax-inclusive stores

We would like the “New price” option to fully override the final unit price in tax-inclusive stores, so that the price customers see in the cart and checkout matches exactly the value we set. Currently, the discount is applied before tax and then tax is added on top, which results in a higher final price than expected. This makes it difficult to set precise pricing for quantity discounts when taxes are included, as the configured price does not reflect the actual amount customers pay. A true price override that respects tax-inclusive pricing would ensure consistency between the configured discount and the final displayed price.
