Alternative A — Order-level minimum (keeps the £35 gating): Create an Advanced Discount Code using an Order Discount module: 30% off order subtotal with a minimum purchase amount of £35. Note: this will apply to the whole order and cannot exclude specific products.

Alternative B — Product exclusions (keeps the product exclusions): Create an Advanced Discount Code using a Product Discount module: 30% off applied to all products except the two excluded SKUs/variants. Note: Product Discount cannot enforce a minimum order subtotal, so the discount will apply regardless of the £35 threshold.

If neither alternative is acceptable, consider implementing custom logic on your storefront (e.g., a script or app with conditional cart logic) or request a product enhancement to support combining product exclusions with order-level minimum conditions.
