What we can do instead within supported features:
No auto-apply: All discounts must be code-based; customers must enter the code at checkout.
For high-value orders (≥ $3,000): create an Advanced Discount Code campaign with an Order Discount using a fixed amount (e.g., $300 or $330) and set the minimum purchase amount to $3,000. This enforces the 'above $3,000' rule.
For lower-value orders (< $3,000): because the platform does not support a maximum purchase amount condition, you cannot create a discount that only applies below $3,000. Practical alternatives:
Create a percentage discount code (e.g., 10% or 11%) with no minimum. Customers can use that code for orders under $3,000, but it will also be usable on orders over $3,000 unless they instead use the fixed-amount code.
Or create only the fixed-amount code for ≥ $3,000 and no public percent code, if you prefer to restrict the larger discount to high-value orders.
For influencer codes: create code campaigns per influencer. Because a single code cannot change behavior by subtotal, create two codes per influencer if you want both behaviors: one percentage code (e.g., "Jen11" giving 11% with no minimum) and one fixed-amount code (e.g., "Jen330" giving $330 with min purchase $3,000). Instruct influencers/customers which code to use based on order size.
Limitations to note: discounts will not auto-apply; you cannot enforce a percent-only-for-orders-below-$3,000 rule (no maximum threshold); and there is no automatic override/priority between codes and auto discounts.
