Use separate discount codes per threshold or use automatic tiered minimum-value campaign

Advanced Discount Code campaigns support a single code with an Order Discount (one fixed or percentage discount optionally gated by one minimum purchase amount). They do not support multiple tiers with different discount amounts under one code. Two supported alternatives:

1) Create three separate Advanced Discount Code campaigns (one code per tier):

• Campaign A: Code e.g. SAVE5_60 — Order Discount: €5 off, minimum purchase €60

• Campaign B: Code e.g. SAVE10_90 — Order Discount: €10 off, minimum purchase €90

• Campaign C: Code e.g. SAVE15_120 — Order Discount: €15 off, minimum purchase €120

  This provides codes customers can enter for each threshold but requires managing separate codes/campaigns.

2) Use an automatic "Minimum value discount" campaign (already supported) to set tiered discounts that auto-apply when customers hit thresholds (e.g., €5 @ €60, €10 @ €90, €15 @ €120). This supports multiple tiers but does not use a code.
