Volume discount badges on collection pages and block stacking with Shopify discounts

I want volume/quantity bulk-discount badges to appear on collection pages for products in volume campaigns, and I want Discounty discounts to be prevented from combining with Shopify or third-party discounts (including exclusion of products already on sale).
