Wishlist - Include selected quantity when adding to cart

When a customer adds an item to the wishlist and later adds it to the cart from the wishlist, it currently adds only 1 unit regardless of the volume discount tier selected on the product page. Use case: Merchant sells by dozen (12) or case (144) only, using volume discount tiers. When a customer adds a wishlist item to cart, it should respect the quantity tier (e.g., add 12 or 144) instead of adding a single piece.
