Workaround: 30% off the product + optional order discount with minimum subtotal

Because Advanced Discount Code campaigns cannot condition an order-level discount on the presence of a specific product, use this supported alternative:

1) Create an Advanced Discount Code with two modules:

• Product Discount: percentage 30% applied to the specific product (select that product/variants). This guarantees 30% off that product.

• (Optional) Order Discount: percentage 30% with a minimum purchase amount set to the exact price of the trigger product. This may cause the 30% order discount to apply when the cart subtotal meets that amount (for example when the trigger product is present). Note: this cannot be tied to the product itself and can be triggered by other items that meet the minimum subtotal.

2) Use a single discount code for both modules so customers enter one code.

Limitations: This workaround cannot strictly enforce "30% off entire order only if product X is in cart." The Order Discount condition can only check subtotal or total item quantity, not the presence of a specific product. If you need exact product-dependent order-level discounts, that feature is not supported at this time.
